I bought my MAC Lynx e-bike in April 2021. I am so happy I did! It’s fun to ride, the battery has good life, and going up hills is now a breeze. I feel I can keep up with my husband and friends on long trips. The service is great as well. I have texted and emailed questions to the owner, and always get a prompt reply, even with videos attached showing me how to do things, like put on the headlight and take off the battery (the instruction manual that came with the bike was not that helpful). It’s nice to have sales and service from a local bike dealer, so I’m glad I purchased locally.
